The day of the embryo transfer
The day of the embryo transfer arrived, and it was filled with both joy and worry for her. A spark of hope ignited inside her as we transferred the small embryo and she could see the spark on the ultrasound scan as all transfers at CIFAR are done under ultrasound guidance.Days progressed into weeks and her pulse raced with anticipation as the days passed.
Finally, the day of truth arrived.
The pregnancy test confirmed what she had been longing for – she was pregnant! The news was met with tears of joy and relief for both the patient and our CIFAR IVF Team. She had overcome the challenges of sleep apnea and the complexities of IVF to embrace the miracle of life.
